Our Policies

We are so excited you have chosen to book with us. To respect your time and ours we have put in place a few policies we ask you to be mindful of. 

Upon Arrival:

If you are a new client please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a few documents we will be providing. (This provides us more information about you and gives us permission to perform the service you have requested). 

Please arrive at your appointment with no eye makeup on. This Includes but not limited to mascara and eyeshadow. While applying your lashes we have found it works best if we are not working overtop of your makeup. Failure to do so will result in a $5 fee so we can properly and fully cleanse the lashes prior to the appointment. 

Try to (if you can) avoid excess caffeine prior to arrival. Caffeine can cause the eyes to twitch and also make it hard for you to relax during your service. 

Cancellation Policy

48 Hours or More Advance Notice = Full Refund

Less Than 24 Hours Notice = Non Refundable Deposit

No Notice Given (no show) = 100% Of Service Cost (Please be mindful this policy is an industry standard for any service that requires a down deposit. Please be respectful of our time and we will always make it a priority to be respectful of yours.)

By confirming your reservation online or over the phone, you agree to the terms of this policy.*

Here at Keeping It Glam we understand life gets crazy and you may need to move your appointment. We ask that you cancel/reschedule any appointments 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same day cancelations will result in your deposit being nonrefundable. No Call/No Show will result in you being charged for the full service. 15 minute late fees will be a $10 Charge. (Being late to your appointment takes away from you and the next client in line. Please arrive on time so we are able to perform the full service you paid for.)

Privacy Policy

We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

We respect the privacy of our clients and will not release any client information to third parties. We never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone.  Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.  Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Keeping It Glam and customers.  WeI respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.

If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email, or to change your expressed interests, simply let us know and your file will be updated

Per company policy we require a 50% deposit to make an appointment. We do apologize to our clients who have never missed an appointment that might find this inconvenient.
